Follow these easy steps to get your Zanussi ZEBF 336 Refrigerator up and running in no time.
Remove all securing tapes and wash the inside of the appliance using lukewarm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water). This helps to clean the interior and remove any potential odors.
Place the appliance in a well-ventilated room, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat such as cookers, radiators, or boilers. Ensure there is enough space for ventilation as per the installation guidelines.
Insert the plug into a wall socket. Ensure the appliance is easily accessible for quick disconnection from the mains if necessary.
Adjust the level of the appliance by screwing out the adjustable foot, or feet, at the bottom of the cabinet using your fingers or a tool, ensuring the appliance is stable and level.
After installation, leave the appliance to stand for 2 hours before turning it on. This allows the refrigerant to settle and ensures optimal functioning.
Turn the thermostat control to a midway setting. The pilot light will illuminate, indicating the appliance is on. Leave the appliance for approximately 4 hours to reach the correct temperature before placing food inside.
